What you need:
- 0,6mm or 0,8mm wire
- 0,3mm wire
- sticki tape
- wool
- feathers
- beads (optional)
- wire cutters

Step 1:
Make a hoop from 0,6 or 0,8 wire, and make sure you leave some wire on each side as it's shown in the picture.
Step 2:
Use a piece of sticky tape to keep the wire in shape.
Step 3:
Use the 0,3 wire to fasten the wire.
Step 4:
Wrap wool around the wire.
